The area

The Val di Fassa valley, one of the most charming destinations in the Italian Dolomites, offers an unparalleled experience for nature and winter sports lovers. Throughout the year, the Val di Fassa magnetizes with its impressive landscapes, picturesque villages and countless activities, from skiing in winter to hiking and climbing in summer. Ski Resort

The ski resort of Canazei is one of the most popular destinations for skiers in Italy. It is part of the vast Dolomiti Superski ski area, offering access to more than 1,200 kilometers of slopes, all equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. The slopes in Canazei are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced, while more experienced skiers can enjoy the challenge of the famous SellaRonda, a circular route that crosses four valleys around the Sella mountain range. In addition to skiing, visitors can relax in traditional chalets and enjoy Italian cuisine and local wines, making Canazei ideal for combining sports action with relaxation.

_departure | arrival

We depart on January 25th with an Aegean flight to Milan, with a stopover in Athens. Departure from Thessaloniki airport is at 13:00 with arrival at Athens’ El. Venizelos airport at 13:55. From there we fly at 16:15 arriving at Milan’s Malpensa at 17:50 (local time).

We collect the luggage and leave by bus for the Alps and the Dolomites. After a 5-hour journey (370km) we arrive at the accommodation of our choice, get settled and organize the plan for the next few days.

On the last day (February 1) we depart around 11:00 for Milan airport, with the flight to Athens scheduled for 18:45 and from there we fly at 23:25 to Thessaloniki, with our estimated arrival time at 00:20.

Il Caminetto 3*

Dolomiti 4*

The Dolomiti Hotel (Canazei) is a combination of tradition and luxury, offering a unique accommodation experience to its guests. Built in Alpine style, with imposing architecture and elegantly decorated rooms, the Dolomiti exudes a sense of authenticity and nobility. Located in the heart of the village of Canazei, 500 meters from the Canazei-Belvedere lift base, providing easy access to both the ski slopes of the resort and the local amenities of the village. With high-quality services, such as a sauna, a gym and gastronomic options with traditional and international dishes, the hotel promises an unforgettable and comfortable stay in the enchanting environment of the Dolomites.

Rubino 4*

The Rubino Hotel (Campitello) stands out for its comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for families and couples who want to enjoy the beauties of the Dolomites. It is located in a quiet area, just 300 meters from the Campitello-Col Rodella lift base of the ski resort, offering direct access to the slopes. Its modern amenities, such as a sauna, hammam and indoor pool, guarantee moments of relaxation, while guests can enjoy a variety of dishes in its restaurant, with an emphasis on local flavors and fresh ingredients. The Rubino combines comfort with high-level service, making it ideal for an unforgettable stay.

_prices are per person in a double room and include:

  • dinner at the hotel of your choice. Dinner includes a choice of 3 main courses and a salad buffet.
  • 1 hand luggage up to 8kg max55x40x20cm, 1 luggage up to 23kg max 158cm, and a personal backpack (bag/backpack/laptop) that must fit under the front seat. According to Aegean regulations, instead of the 23kg baggage you can choose to take 1 set of ski/snb equipment free of charge, given that its maximum total dimensions are max 158cm. If you take a 23kg suitcase or the ski/snb equipment exceeds 158cm then an additional €50/flight is charged with pre-purchase from our office or €70/flight directly at the airport

_important Information:

  • To travel to Italy you need a passport or a new type of identity card with Latin characters. The organizer shall not be liable if the customer does not have the legal documents for crossing the borders. ID cards of security service are not a travel document. Holders of non-Greek documents are responsible for crossing the border (more information can be obtained from the Italian embassy or consulate)
  • Children up to 12 years old travel only with passports
  • Children under 18 traveling with a parent need a validated authorization/consent form of the other parent. Children traveling without parents need validated authorization/consent form from both parents
  • According to the international hotel rules you can pick up your room from 14:00 and check out until 12:00
  • The excursion takes place with a minimum participation of 20 people, regardless of the operating status of the ski resort.
