How can I book a seat for a Snowbus?

To make the reservation we need full names, mobile phone number and date of birth and it can be done in the following ways:

  • online, by completing the payment with the use of a credit / debit card
  • by email, by completing the payment with all available payment methods
  • by phone, by completing the payment with all available payment methods

I'm a minor, can I go on a day trip to a ski resort?

You can participate with the following conditions:

If you are under 15 years old you must be accompanied by an adult and a responsible statement from the guardian.
If you are over 15 years old with a responsible statement from the guardian.

As a guardian you can find the responsible statement in pdf format on the page with the program of snowbuses. Alternatively you can fill in the form at gov.gr with the text “as a parent / legal guardian / exercising the legal custody of the minor _______________, with ID ___________, I expressly consent and give my consent to travel on the __day trip of the office. The trip will take place on __ / __ / ____ to ___________ without my escort. I declare that I take full responsibility for his / her trip and for any incident that may occur during or in connection with this trip. ” After completing the statement you should send it to us by e-mail.

Where can I get the lift card?

If you wish to get a lift card at a group price, contact the tour escort. The purchase of the lift card is done only with cash, the escort receives the cards and gives them to you as soon as you arrive at the ski resort. After the issuance of the lift cards for the groups, there is no possibility for cancellation / change.

If you wish to get the lift card yourself, or decide to buy it later, you will have to go through the ticket offices of each ski resort.

I do not have my own equipment and I want to rent. Where will I receive the equipment?

If you wish to rent equipment at a group price, contact the tour escort. The rental of the equipment for the groups is done only with cash, you get a voucher from the escort and go to the rental store.

I am a member of the snowclub / holder of the snowreport card. Am I entitled to a discount?

Snowclub members and snowreport card holders are entitled to a 20% discount on the transfer price of snowbuses. Booking for discounted prices must be done by phone.

If I book a seat for a snowbus for a ski resort and change my mind, can I change destination?

You can change destination if there is availability at the destination you want and provided that the update will be made until 12:00 of the day before the trip. If you choose a more expensive route you will have to settle the price difference. If you choose a cheaper route, the difference will be credited to you for using it on a later trip.

If I do not come to the morning departure can I go to another excursion?

Unfortunately, no. To leave the excursion date open you must notify us by 12:00 the day before the excursion.

What happens if I am late to the morning appointment

The snowbus departs at the scheduled time. If you are late to the morning appointment you can try to take the bus at one of the next stops.

If I cancel my reservation on time, what happens to the money?

In case of early cancellation (until 12:00 of the previous day’s excursion) you can leave the date of the excursion open and travel with another snowbus in the current winter season.

If we get to the ski resort and it doesn't work, can I go to another excursion?

Unfortunately, no. The ski resort services are independent of the snowbus services.

If the ski resort informs us from the previous day (until 6pm) the tour is canceled and you can have a refund, choose another destination (subject to availability) or leave the date open.

If there is any information provided by the managers of the ski resort along the route and depending on the information they provide, we may change the destination between the ski resorts:

  • Seli – 3-5 Pigadia – Elatochori
  • Kaimaktsalan – 3-5 Pigadia – Pisoderi
  • Pisoderi – Vasilitsa – Anilio

Can I get to the ski resort and return one of the following days?

You can, provided that there are excurions on both days, book two snowbus tickets at the estimated cost.

Can I leave my belongings on the bus while I am at the ski resort?

You can, after consultation with the tour guide. In any case, we suggest you do not leave valuables and inform that we do not bear any responsibility for loss of personal belongings.
